Basic Leadership and Management Development Course

During this course, I learned about different leadership styles and traits including how to properly apply them to real-world situations.  Engaged in multiple activities that required us to properly manage time and personnel in order to complete the task in the allotted time.

Advanced Leadership and Management Development Course

During this course, I learned about different leadership styles, and traits and how to develop ourselves as leaders. Lead multiple guided discussions and taught classes to peers about our leadership style. Discussioned the different learning styles, ways people respond to leadership, and how to adapt to them.

Project Management Course

During this course, I learned how to efficiently and effectively lead a project, manage equipment and personal, and ensure all tasks were completed in a timely manner.

Heavy Equipment Advanced Skills Course

During this course, I learned valuable skills in operating a crane, managing people, training, projects, and programs.
